Hello LH Community!

On behalf of myself and the Executive Board of the Parent-Teacher Organization, we warmly welcome you to the 2026-27 school year at Lincoln Hubbard Elementary School!  We are so excited to meet our incoming students and new families, and we are thrilled to welcome back those who already form a part of our supportive and diverse community.   

In particular, we are thrilled to welcome back our dedicated PTO members, our outstanding teachers, our invaluable support staff and administrative personnel, and our wonderful principal, Mr. Ray Santana, who is entering his second year at L-H as a beloved leader and role model for our students.   

Whether you are new to the L-H community or are a returning member, we strongly encourage you to join the PTO, which is wholly run by parent volunteers.  There are volunteer opportunities large and small, and adaptable for every schedule.  The PTO is committed to providing student enrichment, supporting the Summit community, and fostering school spirit.  Throughout the year, the PTO hosts numerous programs, ranging from informative assemblies that raise awareness about important issues to special after-school events that boost morale and showcase student talent.   

This year, the PTO will be also be furthering efforts to fund an updated playground, which will benefit generations of students to come. Of course, the PTO also works closely with Mr. Santana and the staff to ensure that parents remain informed about academic issues and other developments within the Summit school district.
