VOLUNTEER DRIVER / FIELD TRIP CHAPERONE PROCEDURES
Effective April 12, 2022, the Parent Volunteer packet has been updated for those who wish to participate as Parent Volunteers in the district; more specifically, those who wish to drive.
The revised Volunteer Driver form, along with new forms need to be completed by all volunteer drivers and field trip chaperones who will be driving students. All driver forms should be sent to Alicia Downey in the L-H Main Office.
