The second grade pride collected supplies, decorated lunch bags and packaged 227 (far surpassing their goal of 75!) non perishable lunches, which were sent along to Bridges to help aid the homeless in our community and surroundings.
Each second grade student learned about the organization through an information session earlier this month, decorated brown paper bags with encouraging messages and cheerful drawings & finally, bundled up the items into healthy packages.
